Electroplated
diamond cutting blades have freer and
faster cutting action with minimum heat generation,
ideal for beginning cutting operations. Almost the
only type of diamond blades that can be used dry
cutting without coolant (wet cutting recommended) in a
few applications, excellent for cutting very abrasive
materials. Electroplated diamond blades are
particularly suitable for marble cutting, and also for
machining ceramics, thermosetting plastics, GRP,
pre-sintered and pre-fired (green) materials, electro
carbons, graphite, soft ferrites, farinaceous
products, pc boards, and etc.

They are basically categorized into two types:
Continuous rim (circular) and Segmented
(slotted). Wear bars are optional. Flanges are
